QuBit33 — A DBA of JungStudios LLC

QuBit33 operates as a Doing Business As (DBA) of JungStudios LLC, a registered limited liability company. QuBit33 is the brand under which AI services are marketed and delivered to clients worldwide.


All formal contracts, invoices, proposals and agreements are issued under JungStudios LLC. When you engage QuBit33, you're entering into a business relationship with JungStudios LLC as the contracting entity.


Payments processed via Stripe and Wise (USD) or Coinbase (BTC, ETH, USDT). Contracts executed digitally via DocuSign. Fully remote, US-registered.

How We Work With Clients

Every engagement starts with a free strategy call. You then receive a fixed-scope, fixed-price proposal with exact deliverables, timeline and expected ROI. Work begins after a signed contract and a 50% deposit.


We offer unlimited revisions during the build phase and don't go live until you're fully satisfied. Standard terms include a defined timeline, clear payment schedule and ongoing support.
